2. What we collect
Account data — name, work email, company name, password hash, plan and seat information.
Cargo data you upload — SKU names or codes, dimensions, quantities, weights, customer names you choose to enter, and the load plans generated from them.
Billing data — handled by Stripe. We receive a customer ID, plan, billing status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage and technical data — pages used, calculation counts, browser type, device type, approximate region derived from IP, and error logs.
Communications — emails and support messages you send us.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Why we process it
To provide the Service and your account (performance of a contract); to bill you and prevent fraud (contract and legal obligation); to improve features and fix errors using aggregated usage data (legitimate interest); to send service and, with your consent, product emails (consent, withdrawable at any time); to comply with law.
4. Who we share it with
Only processors needed to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security, email routing), [HOSTING PROVIDER] (application hosting and database), [EMAIL PROVIDER] (transactional email), [ANALYTICS PROVIDER, if any]. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process data on our instructions.

5. International transfers
Our infrastructure and processors may store data outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
6. How long we keep it
Account data while your account is open, then deleted 90 days after closure. Cargo data is deleted on request or within 90 days of account closure. Invoices and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years). Backups rotate out within 30 days.
7. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for the database, hashed passwords, access limited to the people who need it, and per-account data isolation enforced at the database level with row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
You can export your cargo data and load plans from within the app, or ask us to do it.
9. Cookies

10. Children
